介绍了用反向凝固的方法生产薄带的工艺过程及目前的实验研究方法,借助金相显微镜分析了轧制温度、轧制速度及变形率对母带与凝固层结合质量的影响,为以后的工业化生产提供依据·并运用拉剪方法测定了界面结合强度·结果表明:热轧温度为1 250 ℃,变形率为40 % ,轧制速度为0-2 ~0-4 m/s 时,界面结合较好,结合强度达248 MPa·进一步的热轧、冷轧证明用反向凝固的方法生产薄带是可行的·
The process of producing strip by reverse coagulation and the current experimental research methods are introduced. The influence of rolling temperature, rolling speed and deformation rate on the bonding quality of masterbatch and solidified layer is analyzed by metallographic microscope. The results show that when the hot rolling temperature is 1 250 ℃, the deformation rate is 40% and the rolling speed is 0-2 ~ 0-4 m / s, Good interfacial bonding with a combined strength of 248 MPa • Further hot rolling and cold rolling demonstrate that strip production by reverse solidification is feasible
