我科自1993年开展经皮穿刺腰椎间盘髓核摘除术,这些年来经反复临床实践,改进了原来经皮穿刺腰椎间盘髓核摘除术使用的套管,1995年开始对飞行员腰椎间盘突出症者实施此种手术治疗,使用效果明显提高。现予介绍,供同行参考。 1 对象与方法 1.1 对象经临床明确诊断的腰椎间盘突出症飞行人员11例,年龄22～38岁,病史1个月～3年。共计受罹13个椎间盘,腰4.5突出7例,腰5、骶1突出2例,两个椎间盘共患2例,其中左右两侧均需穿刺2例。
