本文以喷射盐水溶液的“HCF”全自动热腐蚀疲劳直接对比试验法,对比研究了4Cr10Si_2Mo、18SR两种耐热钢与Co-50、Ni-81两种合金涂层的抗热腐蚀疲劳性能。腐蚀程度的测量由合金的最大腐蚀深度来决定,并以金相、电子探针和X-光衍射技术研究了各钢种的热腐蚀疲劳破坏过程和两种涂层有效地抗热腐蚀疲劳的原因。本试验结果已成功地指导了延长内燃机排气阀使用寿命的涂层研究工作,并研究以这种涂层来延迟预燃室喷嘴的热腐蚀疲劳开裂,也收到了一定的效果。
In this paper, the direct corrosion test of “HCF” sprayed brine solution by automatic hot corrosion fatigue test was used to study the hot corrosion resistance of two alloy coatings of 4Cr10Si_2Mo, 18SR and Co-50, Ni-81. The degree of corrosion is determined by the maximum depth of corrosion of the alloy. The hot corrosion fatigue failure of the steels and the corrosion resistance of the two coatings are studied by metallography, electron probe and X-ray diffraction. the reason. The results of this experiment have successfully guided the research of coating which prolongs the service life of the exhaust valve of internal combustion engine, and also studied the effect of retarding the hot corrosion fatigue cracking of the pre-combustion chamber nozzle by this coating.
