为探索新生儿早期微循环特征,对104例正常新生儿从生后6至72小时进行耳廓微循环的动态观察与比较,现报告如下: 临床资料受检者均为产科婴儿室的新生儿,按时龄分组为生后6、12、24、48及72小时,每例动态观察5次,共104例,观察506例次。其中男50例,女54例。每例均具备以下条件:①生后1分钟Apgar评分8~10分;②胎龄满37周~不足42周,体重2500~4000克;③新生儿出生时及生后不同时龄连续受检过程中均未见异常;④详细询问其母孕期及产
To explore the characteristics of early microcirculation in neonates, the dynamic observation and comparison of 104 cases of normal newborn from 6 to 72 hours after birth for the auricle microcirculation are reported as follows: The clinical data of the subjects were neonatal obstetric baby room , Age grouping 6,12,24,48 and 72 hours after birth, dynamic observation of each case 5 times, a total of 104 cases, observed 506 cases.
