我国职业教育经过几十年的发展,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。然而,随着教育改革的深入,我国职业教育的发展陷入尴尬境地,生源数量锐减,质量下降;政府投入不足,人才流失严重;理论研究不够,滞后于经济发展。破解困境,促进职业教育发展必须高度重视职业教育的重要性;政府加大职业教育投入;走内涵发展与外延发展并举之路;改革招生体制,提高生源质量。
After decades of development, vocational education in our country has made remarkable achievements. However, with the deepening of education reform, the development of vocational education in our country is in an embarrassing situation. The number of students has dropped sharply and the quality has declined. The government has not invested enough and the brain drain has been serious. The theoretical research is not enough and lags behind the economic development. To solve the dilemma and promote the development of vocational education, we must attach great importance to the importance of vocational education. The government should increase the investment in vocational education. We should take both the connotation development and the extension development. We should reform the enrollment system and improve the quality of students.
