The antisera with the potency of 9000 times was obtained by immunizing rabbits with the mixed bacterial strain of Bacterial Leaf Streak (hereinafter referred to as Streptomyces) compiled from Hainan, Zhejiang and Jiangxi Provinces. The antiserum has strong specificity and basically no cross-reaction to common plant pathogens. The sensitivity of the liquid phase enzyme-linked assay with enzyme A protein as the key reagent is about 10-3 cfu / ml.
