本文介绍了微机控制四座标联动铣床的功能和技术指标。从原理上阐述了实现四座标联动加工任意空间直线和圆弧的方法,以及完成刀具补偿、齿隙补偿、键盘输入、镜象加工和加工过程显示的方法。由于研制过程中较好地解决了十进制数规格化和积分器的容量问题,从而消除了直线和圆弧加工中的速度差异。加之采用了编辑方法对数据作前置处理,因而在精度和光洁度上均有显著提高。
This article introduces the function and technical index of the computer controlled four coordinates linked milling machine. From the principle, it describes the method of realizing the quad coordinates coordinate machining of arbitrary space straight lines and arcs, as well as the method of displaying tool compensation, backlash compensation, keyboard input, image processing and machining process. As the development process to better solve the normalization of decimal numbers and integrator capacity, thus eliminating the linear and arc machining speed differences. In addition, the edit method is used to preprocess the data, which improves the accuracy and finish.
