目的 比较胰岛素泵连续皮下胰岛素输注(CSⅡ)和常规胰岛素注射(CIT)在老年2型糖尿病患者治疗中的疗效。方法 50例老年2型糖尿病患者分为两组CSⅡ组24例,CIT组26例。结果 两组达到相同的血糖水平,CSⅡ组所需的治疗时间、胰岛素量以及低血糖发生率明显减少(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 CSⅡ能有效模拟人生理胰岛素分泌,更快、更有效地控制高血糖,减少低血糖的发生率。
Objective To compare the efficacy of insulin pump continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion (CS Ⅱ) and conventional insulin injection (CIT) in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Fifty elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups: 24 cases in CSⅡ group and 26 cases in CIT group. Results The same blood glucose level was achieved in both groups. The treatment time, the amount of insulin and the incidence of hypoglycemia in CSⅡ group were significantly decreased (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion CSⅡ can effectively simulate physiological insulin secretion, control hyperglycemia faster and more effectively and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
