目的 评估长期小剂量吸入糖皮质激素对哮喘儿童骨密度的影响。方法 随机将 4 5例 5~ 8岁哮喘患儿分为 3个开放治疗组 ,每天吸入糖皮质激素布地奈得 ,剂量分别为 10 0 ,2 0 0和 30 0 μg ,持续 8~ 12个月。于治疗开始、第 6和第 12个月用双能X线骨密度仪监测骨密度 ,同期测量肺功能FEV1。结果 哮喘患儿肺功能FEV1明显改善。治疗前后患儿股骨近端、脊柱区域和前臂的骨密度无显著性降低 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 长期小剂量吸入糖皮质激素不影响哮喘儿童的骨矿密度。
Objective To evaluate the effects of long-term, low-dose inhaled glucocorticoids on bone mineral density in asthmatic children. Methods A total of 45 children with asthma aged 5 to 8 years were randomly divided into 3 open treatment groups. The inhaled glucocorticoid budesonide was given daily at doses of 10 0, 200 and 300 μg for 8 to 12 months . At the start of treatment, BMD was monitored by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry at 6 and 12 months, and pulmonary function FEV1 was measured over the same period. Results Pulmonary function in children with asthma FEV1 significantly improved. There was no significant difference in the BMD between the proximal femur, the spine and the forearm in children before and after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion Long-term low-dose inhaled glucocorticoid does not affect bone mineral density in asthmatic children.
