为具体研究双相钢DP1000电阻点焊的过程,提高电阻点焊焊点质量,本文运用有限元分析软件ANSYS12.1仿真模拟DP1000钢的点焊过程,展示电阻点焊中电极与工件、工件与工件贴合面的接触应力情况和双相钢点焊过程中熔核的形成过程。模拟结果与实验相比较,分析可得理论值基本可靠,可为实际生产提供参考。
In order to study the process of DP1000 resistance spot welding and improve the quality of resistance spot welding spot, finite element analysis software ANSYS12.1 was used to simulate the spot welding process of DP1000 steel, The contact stress of the surface of the workpiece and the forming process of the nugget during the spot welding of the dual-phase steel. Compared with the experimental results, the theoretical and experimental results are basically reliable and can provide reference for actual production.
