目的 研究K5 6 2细胞经氯化高铁血红素 (Hemin)诱导后在cDNA分子水平上的表达差异。 方法用限制性显示 (RD PCR)方法寻找K5 6 2细胞在经Hemin诱导后的cDNA差异表达片段。 结果 筛选到差异表达片段 4条 ,并进行了序列测定与同源性分析。 结论 K5 6 2细胞分化是多基因参与的结果 ,这些分化相关基因的共同作用使K5 6 2细胞向良性方向分化
Objective To study the difference of cDNA expression levels of K5 6 2 cells induced by hemin. Methods The restriction fragment analysis (RD PCR) method was used to find the differentially expressed cDNA fragments of K5 6 2 cells induced by Hemin. Results Four differentially expressed fragments were screened and sequenced and homology analyzed. Conclusion K562 cells are the result of multiple genes involved. The differentiation of K562 cells differentiate into benign cells
