本文以四川建筑业发展情况为例,研究了建筑业转型升级对专业人才的要求,思考了人才队伍建设的模式。经济新常态倒逼建筑业从粗放型生产向集约型生产转变,建筑业要加快推进产业结构调整、推动建筑产业现代化、加快“走出去”发展步伐、加强建筑设计创优和强化建筑市场监管等。人才队伍建设工作需要政府、企业和高校等多方合作,进一步完善人才结构、弥补人才缺失、培育国际人才,积极适应并推动建筑业转型升级。
Taking the development of construction industry in Sichuan as an example, this paper studies the requirements for professionals in the transformation and upgrading of construction industry, and considers the mode of construction of qualified personnel. The new economic normal forces the construction industry to shift from extensive production to intensive production, and the construction industry needs to speed up the adjustment of industrial structure, promote the modernization of the construction industry, accelerate the pace of development of “going global”, enhance the excellence of architectural design and strengthen the construction market Regulatory and so on. The construction of the talent team needs the cooperation of governments, enterprises and colleges and universities and other parties to further improve the talent structure, make up for the lack of talent, cultivate international talents and actively adapt and promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.
