结肠梗阻是结肠癌的常见并发症。由于患者对结肠癌认识不足,不少结肠癌患者就诊时已属癌症晚期,而且有相当部分是以肠梗阻收住院。由于病情危急,需要急诊手术处理。我院自1993年3月至1995年10月共收治结肠癌患者48例,均经病检证实,其中12例以急性肠梗阻收住院,占25％。现将12例患者急诊手术作如下分析。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:本组12例。男8例,女4例。年龄24岁～76岁,其中24岁～45岁3例,占25％,45岁以上9例,占75％。癌肿位于回盲部3例,升结肠1例,结肠肝曲1例,结肠脾曲2例,乙状结肠3
Obstruction of the colon is a common complication of colon cancer. Due to the lack of awareness of colon cancer, many patients with colon cancer have advanced cancer treatment, and a considerable part of them are hospitalized with intestinal obstruction. Due to the critical condition, emergency surgery is required. In our hospital from March 1993 to October 1995, a total of 48 patients with colon cancer were treated and confirmed by medical examination.
