企业科技创新行为的阻力源中,企业的管理者、基层科技人员与组织因素这3个阻力源产生的原因是不同的,而旧有“个人契约”的修改是化解管理者与基层科技人员阻力的有力工具。但是在“个人契约”修改的过程中,企业领导者对创新行为的态度、表现,领导者与企业成员之间的沟通与动员,对企业成员的教育与培训等等措施的实施,同样是十分重要的。
