“9+3”学生能否顺利就业是关系藏区免费中等职业教育计划成败的关键。在教育行政部门统计的就业数据基础上,按照调查方法抽样做调查研究,客观反映2010级毕业生的就业情况,同时从教科研视角,将提升就业质量作为进一步促进“9+3”学生长效就业的内在动因,提出应在政策机制、人才培养模式和建立就业预警机制等方面做出积极探索。
“9 + 3 ” The successful employment of students is the key to the success or failure of free secondary vocational education programs in Tibetan areas. On the basis of the employment data compiled by the education administrative department, the survey is conducted on the basis of survey methods to objectively reflect the employment situation of 2010 graduates. At the same time, from the perspective of education and scientific research, enhancing the quality of employment as a further promotion of the “9 + 3” Therefore, it is suggested that we should make active exploration in the aspects of policy mechanism, personnel training mode and employment early warning mechanism.
