工程环境监理是公路建设环境保护的一种有效机制,而工程环境监理中涉及了大量的统计资料和相关信息。为了提高工程环境监理的工作效率和质量,有必要对公路建设工程环境监理决策支持系统(HighwayConstruction Environmental Supervision Decision Support System,HCESDSS)进行研究和设计。在分析现阶段工程环境监理实施的基础上,首先对系统进行了用户需求分析,确定了系统开发的目标,提出将地理信息系统(GIS)和技术和决策支持系统(DSS)技术结合应用于公路建设项目工程环境监理中。研究设计了基于GIS的HCESDSS的总体结构及各子系统的主要功能模块,初步开发了软件原型系统,其功能实现验证了此系统设计和技术实现的可行性。
Engineering environmental supervision is an effective mechanism for the environmental protection of highway construction, and engineering environmental supervision involves a large amount of statistical information and related information. The overall structure of HCESDSS based on GIS and the main function modules of each subsystem are researched and designed. The prototype system of software is preliminarily developed, and its function is verified to verify the feasibility of this system design and technology implementation.
