中国邮政集团公司培训中心作为全国高等学校继续教育示范基地,按照“人才强邮”战略布署,开展了形式多样的教育培训活动,有力推动了企业的转型升级和创新发展。笔者运用网络科技的有效方法,以邮政企业支局长岗位为例,分析了邮政岗位培训体系构建的思路,探索了分层分级的岗位培训模式,推动企业在改革进程中与员工的共同发展。
As the demonstration base of continuing education of colleges and universities in China, China Post Corporation Training Center has conducted various forms of education and training activities in accordance with the strategic deployment of “personnel with strong mail”, effectively promoting the transformation, upgrading and innovation of enterprises. The author uses the effective method of network science and technology to take post office director post as an example, analyzes the train of thought postal post training system, explores the stratification post training mode, and promotes the enterprise common development with the staff in the reform process.
