文章利用协方差分析方法,选取2013年12月房地产价格同比增长指数为试验对象,城镇人均可支配收入为协变量,分析东中西部房地产价格指数差异,并找出主要原因。结果表示:房地产同比价格增长指数由于人均可支配收入的原因并不受地域因素的影响,并找出了存在差异的主要原因。
Using covariance analysis method, we select the year-on-year growth index of real estate prices in December 2013 as the test object, and the per capita disposable income of urban areas as the covariate, analyze the differences of the real estate price indices in the eastern, central and western regions and find the main reasons. The result shows that the index of real estate price increase year-on-year is not affected by geographical factors due to per capita disposable income, and the main reason for the difference is found out.
