茶有改善水质、解毒止渴、清心醒脑、提高肌力的功效,在蔬菜、水果缺少的情况下,茶可补充人体每天必须的维生素,增加营养。因此,从1886年开始,俄军正式把茶叶列为军用食品,定量供给。苏联国内战争期间茶叶仍作为红军战士每天必需的饮料。直至如今,苏联已把过去饮用的普通茶叶,改制为牛奶、黄油、食盐和糖合成的茶砖,给贮存、运输、饮用都带来了极大的方便,供军队食用需要。世界上有些国家,同样也把茶叶列为军需品。
Tea has the effect of improving water quality, detoxification and thirst quenching, refreshing heart and mind and improving muscle strength. In the case of lack of vegetables and fruits, tea can supplement the necessary vitamins and increase nutrition of the human body every day. Therefore, from 1886 onwards, the Russian military officially listed the tea as a military food, rationally supplied. Tea still serves as a necessary daily drink for Red Army soldiers during the Soviet Civil War. Until now, the Soviet Union has transformed the ordinary tea leaf used in the past into a tea brick made of milk, butter, salt and sugar and brought great convenience to the army for food storage, transportation and drinking. Some countries in the world also list tea as a munition.
