将烟草种子用聚乙二醇 (PEG)浸种处理后播种发芽 ,幼苗培养至大十字期时进行低温处理。试验结果显示 ,低温使烟草幼苗叶片叶绿素含量与呼吸速率显著下降 ,增加了细胞膜透性和膜脂过氧化产物——丙二醛含量 ,过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性也不断下降。PEG浸种处理后 ,可促进种子萌发 ,增强幼苗生长势 ,提高种子活力。PEG浸种的超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性较对照均有所提高 ,并减少了种子在低温吸胀过程中电解质与有机物质的渗漏量及渗漏速率。表明用 PEG处理能增强烟草幼苗的抗冷性
The seeds of tobacco were soaked with polyethylene glycol (PEG) and sowed and germinated. When the seedlings were cultivated to a large cross, they were treated at low temperature. The results showed that the chlorophyll content and respiration rate of tobacco seedling leaves decreased significantly at low temperature, and the cell membrane permeability and membrane lipid peroxidation product - malondialdehyde content were also decreased. The activities of catalase and superoxide dismutase also decreased continuously. PEG seed treatment, can promote seed germination, enhance seedling growth potential, improve seed vigor. The activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase in seed soaking with PEG were all increased compared with the control, and the leakage and leakage rate of electrolytes and organic matters during the low temperature swelling were decreased. The results showed that treatment with PEG enhanced the chilling resistance of tobacco seedlings
