为了彻底改变本地区水稻育苗、插秧偏晚的传统习惯,借鉴水稻生产的成熟经验,参照气候变暖、生长期变长等自然条件和客观因素,结合实际情况,采取典型示范引路等形式,全面推出了寒地水稻“三高”栽培模式,收到了非常好的效果。经过两年的示范,对各项生育指标及产量因素的调查,均好于历年,实际增产20%,得到广大稻农的一致认可。对于本地区水稻生产向高水平迈进起到了很好的推动作用。
