萃取精馏分离正己烷和异丙醚的模拟与实验

通过PROⅡ软件以改进的NRTL活度系数模型对正己烷-异丙醚沸点相近体系进行了萃取精馏过程模拟研究,分别以DMF和乙二醇单甲醚作为萃取剂,通过改变溶剂比、原料进料位置、萃取剂进料位置和回流比等条件,得出各自的较佳工艺条件,确定了DMF为萃取精馏分离正己烷-异丙醚体系的适宜萃取剂。在模拟的较佳工艺条件下,采用有30块理论板的填料塔对DMF萃取精馏分离正己烷与异丙醚混合物进行了试验研究,其中吸收段填料层20块理论板,其余为萃取精馏段和提馏段,当回流比为2.0,溶剂质量比为2∶1时,在塔顶产品中正己烷质量分数为98.31%,回收率为99.25%。试验结果与模拟计算相吻合,验证了模拟的可靠性。 By using the improved NRTL activity coefficient model with PROⅡ software, the simulation of extractive distillation of n-hexane-isopropyl ether with similar boiling point was carried out. DMF and ethylene glycol monomethyl ether were used as extractants respectively. By changing the solvent ratio, Feed position, extractant feed position and reflux ratio, the better conditions were obtained, and the suitable extractant for the separation of n-hexane-isopropyl ether by DMF was determined. Under the optimum conditions of the simulation, a packed column with 30 theoretical plates was used to carry out experimental study on the separation of n-hexane and isopropyl ether mixture by DMF extractive distillation, in which 20 theoretical plates were packed in the packing layer and the others were extractive When the reflux ratio is 2.0 and the solvent mass ratio is 2:1, the mass fraction of n-hexane in the overhead product is 98.31% and the recovery rate is 99.25%. The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results to verify the reliability of the simulation.
