技术建构论和社会建构论是在过去历时半个多世纪的组织理论发展过程中相对稳定的两个学术流派。本文对技术建构论和社会建构论的主要观点进行了述评,讨论了信息技术与组织结构的关系,并分析了研究信息技术和组织结构的技术模式和社会—技术模式。本文认为,技术与组织结构关系研究的核心在于突破传统的技术建构论和社会建构论的思路,应当突出和强调行动者与技术的互动。
Technical constructivism and social constructivism are two academic schools relatively stable in the development of organizational theory that lasted more than half a century in the past. This article reviews the main points of view of technology construction and social construction, discusses the relationship between information technology and organizational structure, and analyzes the technical and social-technological models for studying information technology and organizational structure. This paper argues that the core of the research on the relationship between technology and organizational structure lies in breaking through the traditional ideas of technical constructivism and social constructivism. It is necessary to highlight and emphasize the interaction between actors and technology.
