目的探讨围手术期不输血完成食管癌切除术的可行性。方法将2000年1月至2006年6月182例食管癌切除术按围手术期有无输血分为输血组(93例)和不输血组(89例),比较两组的相关指标。结果不输血组与输血组比较,手术前后外周血红蛋白、红细胞、血小板和术中出血量及术后感染性并发症发生率差异均无显著性(P>0.05);肿瘤复发率及3,5年生存率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论食管癌围手术期不输血是安全可行的。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of perioperative non-transfusion complete esophagectomy. Methods 182 cases of esophageal cancer resection from January 2000 to June 2006 were divided into transfusion group (n = 93) and non-transfusion group (n = 89) according to the perioperative blood transfusion. The relative indexes of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of peripheral blood hemoglobin, erythrocytes, platelets, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative infectious complications before and after transfusion in the blood transfusions group (P> 0.05) The difference of survival rate was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Perioperative non-transfusion of esophageal cancer is safe and feasible.
