随着《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》的颁布与实施,幼儿园教师专业能力的现状与提升策略成为幼儿园工作的重中之重。我园作为公办的省级示范性幼儿园,引领、帮扶着周围14所民办园。为激发教师的进取意识,切实提高教师的专业水平,承担起公办园的社会责任,从2006年起我园就启动了教师专业发展的自我规划行动,教师们在个人发展规划中有了不同程度的提高。现我园又成立了“幼儿教
