目的了解卫校学生艾滋病歧视现状及影响因素,为学校开展艾滋病反歧视教育提供依据。方法采用自编的调查表对抽取的254名学生进行艾滋病知识、态度、行为问卷调查。结果学生艾滋病相关知识知晓率偏低,在艾滋病的认识上还存在误区,对艾滋病人及感染者歧视严重。讨论学生艾滋病相关知识知晓率偏低,对艾滋病非传播方式的错误认识及把艾滋病与不道德行为相联系等因素是造成歧视的原因。而采用多样化方式在医学生中积极开展艾滋病预防与反歧视教育是消除未来医务人员对艾滋病及其相关工作存有偏见的有效措施。
Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of HIV / AIDS discrimination among health-care students in schools and provide the basis for AIDS anti-discrimination education in schools. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to survey 254 students about AIDS knowledge, attitude and behavior. Results The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge among students was low, misunderstanding existed in AIDS awareness, and discrimination against AIDS patients and those infected was serious. The factors that lead to discrimination include discussing the low awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge among students, misconceptions about the non-transmission of HIV / AIDS and linking HIV / AIDS to unethical behavior. The adoption of diverse ways to actively carry out AIDS prevention and anti-discrimination education among medical students is an effective measure to eliminate future prejudices against AIDS and related work by medical staff.
