本文结合我所已研制成功的连续波中功率周期静电聚焦速调管1007_(no2)、1009和连续波小功率周期静电聚焦速调管3039,着重介绍根据我国当时的具体条件,首先利用自动电子轨迹仪成功地设计周期静电聚焦系统的方法。同时,根据静电聚焦速调管功率大小的不同要求,提出了周期静电聚焦系统的设计原则和步骤,以及采用新的透镜形状的方案。它们已分别应用于以上的中、小功率周期静电聚焦速调管中。给出了以上三支周期静电聚焦速调管电子光学系统的尺寸及其电子轨迹图,并且给出了整管的电子注测试结果。
In this paper, I have developed a successful continuous wave PMWT focusing tube 1007_ (no2), 1009 and CW CW power focusing PM tube 3039, focusing on the specific conditions of our time, the first use of automatic electronic Trajectory instrument successfully design the method of periodic electrostatic focusing system. At the same time, according to the different requirements of electrostatic focus klystron power, the design principles and steps of the periodic electrostatic focusing system and the scheme of using the new lens shape are proposed. They have been used in the above medium and low power periodic electrostatic focusing klystron. The size and electron trajectory of the above three periodic electrostatic focusing klystron electronic optical system are given, and the results of the electronic test of the whole tube are given.
