管理信息系统中有很多子系统需要用到集散控制系统中的各种实时数据，而集散控制系统、管理信息系统是两个不同的系统，这就必然涉及到集散控制系统与管理信息系统的互联、集成问题。探讨了集散控制系统与管理信息系统的互联方法，并结合妈湾发电总厂的实例进行了说明。
