通常对坐骨神经痛患者的电生理检查方法包括肌电图(EMG)、H反射等。本实验旨在评价电诊断中腱反射(ETR)的诊断意义。包括电诊断中膝健反射(EKTR)和电诊断中跟腱反射(EATR),并与传统的电生理学检查方法的诊断意义进行比较。 资料与方法 经临床和放射学检查诊断为坐骨神经痛的患者200名(男126、女74),平均年龄48.6±9.4岁。其中单侧患者124名,双侧76名。对照组为50名健康志愿者(男28、女22),平均年龄44±8.5岁。
Electrophysiological methods commonly used in patients with sciatica include electromyography (EMG), H reflex, and the like. This experiment aims to evaluate the diagnostic significance of tendon reflex (ETR) in electrical diagnosis. Including electrical diagnosis of knee-knee reflex (EKTR) and electro-diagnostic Achilles tendon reflexes (EATR), and compared with the diagnostic significance of traditional electrophysiological methods.
