基于FAHP的立体车库人机界面可用性评价方法

针对立体车库人机界面的可用性评价,提出一种模糊综合评价和层次分析法结合的FAHP方法。首先通过其人机交互特性建立AHP层次模型,经专家测评确定各项可用性指标及具体设计因素的权值,再对产品最底层设计因素进行用户评价。将测试结果根据已确定的权值和模糊综合评价法进行等级评定,可得出各项设计因素、可用性指标及总体可用性等级的评价结果。为验证此方法,对实际产品进行了可用性测试,证明了FAHP在立体车库可用性评价中的有效性。 Aiming at the usability evaluation of man-machine interface in stereo garage, a FAHP method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and AHP is proposed. First of all, AHP level model is established through its human-computer interaction characteristics, and the weights of various usability indexes and specific design factors are determined through expert evaluation. Users are also evaluated on the bottom design factors of the products. The test results based on the established weights and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of rating, can be drawn on the design factors, usability indicators and the overall level of usability evaluation results. In order to validate this method, the usability testing of real products was carried out, which proved the validity of FAHP in evaluating the usability of the three-dimensional garage.
