随着市场经济不断升入,在过去计划经济体制下的单一思想逐渐朝着多元化的方向发展,过去的思想教育方针也难以适应新形势下的要求了。在利益的驱使下,人们更加注重自身利益的实现,忽视了思想政治教育工作的内容,从而使教育变得苍白无力,导致思想政治教育工作出现了下坡路的局面。为此,作者提出要统筹好思想政治教育工作各种利益,达到教育人、启发人、促进人的效果。
With the continuous rise of the market economy, the single thinking under the planned economy in the past has been gradually diversified. It is also difficult for the guidelines of ideological education in the past to meet the requirements of the new situation. Driven by interest, people pay more attention to the realization of their own interests, ignoring the content of ideological and political education work, so that education becomes pale and weak, leading to ideological and political education work in a downhill situation. Therefore, the author proposes that we should make all kinds of interests of ideological and political education work well and reach the effect of educating people, enlightening people and promoting people.
