本文对我院1961～1982年5月间施行手术的81例75岁以上前列腺增生病人进行总结.其中75～79岁64例,80～92岁17例。所有病例在手术前都同时存在合并其它疾病,最多为循环和呼吸系统疾病,81例均应用不同的手术方法进行治疗,耻骨上前列腺摘除术34例,耻骨后前列腺摘除术35例,经尿道切除术4例(其中1例因效果差而作膀胱造瘘术),经会阴部切除术2例及永久性膀胱造瘘术7例,并对各种手术方法治疗的结果进行了比较,本组死亡率为4.93%,作者总结了高龄前列腺增生病例的临床特点、手术及治疗经验,并对术后并发症的预防和减低死亡率扼要进行讨论。
This article summarizes 81 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) over 75 years old who operated in our hospital from May 1961 to May 1982. Among them, 64 cases were 75-79 years old and 17 cases were 80-92 years old. All cases had concurrent preoperative other diseases, most of them were circulatory and respiratory diseases.
