在余热利用中要涉及换热器的优化计算,为此需解决经济效益对初投资偿付费的比值为最佳的问题。爱德华兹等提出用热经济参数作为判据进行优化计算。本文讨论了余热利用中可能遇到的各种情况,推导了逆流式换热器、顺流式换热器、1—2、1—4、1—6型壳管式换热器、以及交叉流式换热器的优化计算公式,并把结果整理成表1至3和图1至6,供工程应用参考。这种优化计算方法有一定的实用价值。
In the utilization of waste heat to be involved in the optimization of heat exchangers, for which the need to solve the economic benefits of the initial investment cost of the ratio of the best question. The countercurrent heat exchangers, downstream heat exchangers, shell heat exchangers 1-2, 1-4, and 1-6, as well as cross Flow heat exchanger optimization formula, and the results organized into Table 1 to 3 and Figure 1 to 6, for engineering application reference. This method of optimization has some practical value.
