微创新作为一个新兴的概念,由互联网企业率先提出,但是它的适用范围却很广泛。目前关于企业微创新的相关研究还处于起步阶段,主要侧重于微创新的概念、内涵以及基本特征。组织作为企业最基本的单位承载着企业行为,对企业微创新来说至关重要。企业组织结构对微创新的组织与实施有着关键性的影响,但这方面的研究还非常缺乏。基于此,本文在总结已有研究的基础上,结合当前企业的微创新实践,从企业组织结构的视角,讨论适于企业微创新的组织结构模式特征。
Micro-innovation as a new concept, first proposed by Internet companies, but its scope of application is very wide. At present, the related research on micro-innovation of enterprises is still in the initial stage, mainly focusing on the concept, connotation and basic characteristics of micro-innovation. Organizations, as the most basic unit of an enterprise, carry enterprise behavior and are crucial to the micro-innovation of an enterprise. Organizational structure of enterprises has a crucial impact on the organization and implementation of micro-innovation, but research in this area is still scarce. Based on this, based on the previous studies, combined with the current micro-innovation practices, from the perspective of the organizational structure of enterprises, this paper discusses the features of organizational structure models suitable for micro-innovation.
