目的探讨比较颅脑超声与CT对新生儿颅内出血(ICH)临床诊断的价值及意义。方法回顾性分析2012年1月1日至2013年12月31日在我院确诊为ICH,且均行颅脑超声与CT两种检查的68例患儿的临床资料,对诊断结果进行统一分析比较。结果通过研究发现,联合应用颅脑超声和CT对ICH的早期诊断有一定的临床意义,且效果明显优于单用颅脑超声和CT,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用彩超和CT可以提高对临床疑为NEC的早期诊断。
Objective To investigate the value and significance of comparing brain ultrasound and CT in the diagnosis of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage (ICH). Methods The clinical data of 68 children with ICH diagnosed as ICH from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The diagnosis results were analyzed unanimously Compare Results Through the study found that combined application of brain ultrasound and CT on the early diagnosis of ICH has some clinical significance, and the effect is better than single craniocerebral ultrasound and CT, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of color Doppler ultrasound and CT can improve the clinical diagnosis of early NEC.
