一、黑龙江省中俄界河港口基本况中俄界河港口自1986年恢复口岸开放以来,沿黑龙江、乌苏里江中方一侧已先后有十个港口陆续对外开放。这些港口分别是漠河、呼玛、黑河、孙吴、逊克、嘉荫、萝北、同江、抚远及饶河。其中孙吴和逊克为二类口岸,其余均为国家一类口岸。迄今为止,除呼玛和孙吴两港尚未开通外,其它港口均实现了常年过货(客)。二、界河港口目前存在的主要问题1、口岸港口的规划管理相对滞后,港口资源未能得到合理利用。
I. Basic Conditions of Sino-Russian Boundary Ports in Heilongjiang Province Since the resumption of the ports of entry in 1986, the boundary ports of China and Russia have successively opened to the outside world one after another along the Chinese side of Heilongjiang and the Ussuri River. These ports are respectively Mohe, Huma, Heihe, Sun Wu, Xunke, Jiayin, Luobei, Tongjiang, Fuyuan and Raohe. Among them, Sun Wu and Xun Ke are second-class ports and the rest are first-class national ports. So far, except for the two ports of Huma and Sun Wu, which have not yet opened, all other ports have achieved perennial delivery (passenger). Second, the boundary river ports present main problems 1, the port port planning and management is relatively lagging, the port resources can not be used properly.
