低氧诱导因子-1(hypoxia-inducible factor-1,HIF-1)是调节氧稳定状态的核心转录因子,在机体的生理和病理过程中起着关键作用,在肿瘤形成中叶起着非常重要的作用。在低氧环境下,HIF-1的高表达与肿瘤细胞的凋亡有着密切的关系。研究缺氧诱导因子与肿瘤的关系,对于进一步阐明肿瘤发生、发展,探索新的肿瘤治疗方法有着积极意义。
Hypoxia-inducible factor-1 (HIF-1) is a core transcription factor that regulates the state of oxygen homeostasis. It plays a key role in the physiological and pathological processes of the body and plays a very important role in tumor formation effect. Under hypoxia, the high expression of HIF-1 is closely related to the apoptosis of tumor cells. Studying the relationship between hypoxia-inducible factor and tumor has positive significance for further elucidating the occurrence and development of tumor and exploring new methods of tumor treatment.
