April 14, 2014 - Linear Technology Corporation introduces the LTC6431-20, a 20 MHz to 2 GHz, single-ended input and output, fixed-gain amplifier that offers superior 46.2 dBm OIP3 (output third-order intercept ) And 2.6 dB noise figure. Its OP1dB (output 1dB compression point) is the best of its kind 22dBm. The device is available in two levels, including 100% Tested, guaranteed Class A at 42.2 dBm minimum OIP3 at 240 MHz, and Class B at 45.7 dBm typical OIP3 in the same frequency range. The device is internally matched to 50 Ω both in input and output in the 20 MHz to 1.4 GHz frequency range and has a 20 dB power gain
