一、工程概况新都立交桥(下称本桥)位于广州市花都区新都大道,横跨既有京广线,连接花都新都大道与迎宾大道,全长450m,共27跨。本工程的技术难点主要体现在以下几个方面:一是桩基地质条件极差,规模大,溶洞顶板厚度薄,且溶洞顶上覆饱和状砂层,易塌孔,危及既有线安全;二是10#、11#墩中心距离既有京广线轨道中心仅7.64m,施工安全防护难度非常大;三是跨既有线架梁及桥面附属工程施工容易发生高空落物,严重威胁既有线接触网及列车行驶安全。
First, the project overview Xindu overpass (hereinafter referred to as the bridge) is located in Huadu District, Guangzhou Xindu Avenue, across the existing Beijing-Guangzhou line, connecting Avenue and Huadu Xindu Avenue, a total length of 450m, a total of 27 cross. The technical difficulties of the project are mainly reflected in the following aspects: First, the geological conditions of the pile are very poor, large-scale, thin cave roof, and the top of the cave covered with saturated sand, collapsible hole, endanger the existing line safety; It is only 7.64m away from the center of both Beijing-Guangzhou Line and the center of No.10 Pier. The construction safety protection is very difficult. Thirdly, high-altitude falling objects are prone to occur across the existing girder and bridge deck construction, threatening the existing line Catenary and train driving safety.
