给出一种表面波非接触式产生与接收新方法。理论上分析了利用脉冲激光照射试件表面产生表面波的机理;给出了共焦Fabry-Perot干涉仪超声探测系统及其工作原理;利用红宝石脉冲激光器产生表面波,共焦Fabry-Perot干涉仪超声探测系统接收表面波,实现了表面波的非接触式产生与记录,同时,将该技术成功地用于表面微小开口缺陷的非接触检测。结果表明,该方法对于表面缺陷的检测是行之有效的。
A new method of non-contact generation and reception of surface wave is given. The mechanism of using pulsed laser to irradiate the surface of the specimen is theoretically analyzed. The Fabry-Perot interferometer interferometric system and its working principle are given. The ruby pulsed lasers are used to generate the surface wave and the confocal Fabry-Perot interferometer Ultrasonic detection system to receive surface waves to achieve a non-contact surface wave generation and recording, at the same time, the successful application of this technology for the surface of small open defects non-contact detection. The results show that this method is effective for the detection of surface defects.
