本实验研究狗舌草水提取液对染铅小鼠的排铅药效学作用及狗舌草对重要器官组织的保护作用。方法:使用60只18~22 g合格昆明种小鼠,雄雌各半,按体重随机分组分为6组,自然饮食0.1%醋酸铅溶液连续15天,建立铅中毒小鼠模型。建模成功后,以灌胃的方式给予试药组小鼠狗舌草水提液,在给药30天后通过石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪测定试药组与模型组的血铅浓度,数据进行t检验;并进行组织切片观察狗舌草对重要器官组织的影响。结果:狗舌草水提液可以降低小鼠的血铅浓度,狗舌草水提液对染铅小鼠的肝脑肾组织没有破坏性损伤作用。结论:狗舌草水提液能够产生排铅药效学作用,并且没有对重要器官组织造成损害。
In this study, the efficacy of Ragwort extract on the lead-lead efficacy of lead-exposed mice and the protective effect of Ragwort on important organs and tissues were studied. Methods: Sixty male Kunming mice (18-22 g) were randomly divided into six groups according to body weight. The rats were naturally fed with 0.1% lead acetate solution for 15 consecutive days to establish a mouse model of lead poisoning. After the modeling was successful, the mice were given gavage water of test group by intragastric administration. Blood lead concentrations of the test group and the model group were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry after 30 days administration. The data were analyzed by t test ; And sliced to observe the effect of Ragwort on important organs and tissues. Results: The aqueous extract of Lagetia extracts can reduce the concentration of blood lead in mice. The aqueous extract of Ragweed had no detrimental effects on the liver, brain and kidney of the lead-exposed mice. Conclusion: The aqueous extract of Ragwortgrass can produce lead-lead pharmacodynamics without damage to vital organs and tissues.
