行军时营军医和连卫生员是在队列的后面担负收容任务的,如果总在后面,就不能及时的观察士兵的体力状况,也无法及时发现病员。我在步兵营做军医时是这样做的:分队行军时我们在队列的最后面跟着走,当分队休息时(行进时的大小休息)我带领营卫生所一名卫生员继续往前走(其余的卫生员留在原地),边走边观察士兵的体力状况,询问有无病员,宜傅行军卫生及注意事项;与各连卫生员联系,了解行军卫生工作情况,一直走到队列的最前头。看到营连首长时,即将沿途所发现的问题和应注意的事项向
