风险导向审计是在账项导向审计模式、制度导向审计模式发展而来,代表了现代审计方法发展的最新趋势,是社会经济发展的必然要求。目前,我国一些会计师事务所也开始引入风险导向审计模式,该审计模式,在实践中显示出了它的优势，但还需不断完善。为此，本文对风险导向审计的利弊进行研究。
