目的:观察麦芽醇在动物体内对其抗氧化能力及生理功能的影响。方法:每周1次对兔耳缘静脉注射700μmol/L的麦芽醇生理盐水,连续3个月。用药前后取血测定生化及抗氧化指标。结果:麦芽醇能显著降低红细胞谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力(P<005)、血清过氧化脂质(P<001)和尿酸(P<001)的含量,并且对兔的肝、肾、心功能无毒性影响。结论:麦芽醇具有减轻脂质过氧化反应,清除过氧化氢(H2O2)对红细胞的氧化,并且在体内也具有抗氧化抗衰老的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of malt alcohol on its antioxidant capacity and physiological function in animals. Methods: Rabbit ear vein injection of 700μmol / L of normal saline once a week for 3 months. Before and after taking blood to determine biochemical and antioxidant indicators. Results: Maltitol significantly reduced the activity of glutathione peroxidase (P <005), serum lipid peroxidation (P <001) and uric acid (P <001) in erythrocytes, and Rabbit’s liver, kidney, heart function without toxic effects. Conclusion: Maltol has the effects of reducing lipid peroxidation, eliminating the oxidation of red blood cells by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and also has antioxidant and anti-aging effects in vivo.
