采用低毒性的溶剂甲苯取代有致癌性和高毒性的苯,通过HP-5毛细管色谱柱、ECD检测器气相色谱法测定水样中的苦味酸氯化后的氯化苦的量,进一步来确定苦味酸的浓度。采用保留时间定性,外标法定量。实验结果表明,该方法能快速有效地提取并测定水中的苦味酸,检出限低(0.15μg/L)、精密度(RSD=0.43%)和准确度高(加标回收率=96.6%)、工作曲线的线性(r=0.9991)较好。
