对我国高校学生人事档案材料归档范围的现行规定作了介绍,分析了现行规定对学生人事档案材料的归档范围缺少权威性、规范性和指导性,提出学生人事档案归档的内容应与干部人事档案衔接、学生人事档案归档的范围应围绕学生的各项活动而展开等原则,建议从入学材料、大学(研究生)材料、组织材料、出国材料和其他材料等五个方面划分高校学生人事档案材料的归档范围。
This paper introduces the current regulations of archiving scope of personnel files in Chinese colleges and universities. It analyzes the lack of authority, normativity and guidance of current regulations on filing scope of student personnel files.
