对74例前列腺增生患者术前作IPSS评分、直肠B超检查和尿动力学检查,结合术中情况和随访结果进行分析,结果提示:尿动力学检查对于前列腺切除术的适应证掌握、判断疗效、患者情况监测及鉴别各种手术合并症方面极具意义。
The results of IPSS, rectum ultrasonography and urodynamic examination in 74 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients before operation were analyzed. The results showed that urodynamic examination could be used to identify the indications of prostatectomy and to judge the curative effect , Patient condition monitoring and identification of various surgical complications of great significance.
