目的:观察机械通气在治疗有机磷中毒并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法:对80例急性有机磷中毒并呼吸衰竭的患者分为治疗组和对照组,对照组在常规综合治疗基础上加大氧流量,增加解毒剂的用量,输新鲜血治疗。治疗组在常规综合治疗基础上加用呼吸机辅助呼吸治疗,并对机械通气前后pH值、PaO2、PaCO2进行分析。结果:治疗组的治愈率明显优于对照组,机械通气后pH值升高、PaO2和SaO2升高、PaCO2下降,与机械通气前有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:机械通气治疗有机磷中毒并呼吸衰竭疗效显著,可提高救治成功率。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of organophosphate poisoning and respiratory failure. Methods: Eighty patients with acute organophosphate poisoning and respiratory failure were divided into treatment group and control group. In the control group, the oxygen flow rate was increased based on routine comprehensive treatment, the dosage of antidote was increased, and the fresh blood was administered. The treatment group combined with ventilator-assisted respiration therapy on the basis of conventional comprehensive treatment, and analyzed the pH, PaO2 and PaCO2 before and after mechanical ventilation. Results: The cure rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. After mechanical ventilation, pH value increased, PaO2 and SaO2 increased, PaCO2 decreased, there was a significant difference (P <0.01) before mechanical ventilation. Conclusion: Mechanical ventilation is effective in treating organophosphate poisoning and respiratory failure, which can improve the success rate of treatment.
