套管的临界外压是套管抗挤设计的基础。不均匀壁厚是套管最常见的缺陷。长期以来,不均匀壁厚圆管的临界外压计算方法一直有争议。本文应用三角级数作为变形曲线,论证了这一问题在多自由度情况下的解答计算表明,逼近方法可行, 所得近似公式的精确度良好,这进一步证实了《套管强度计算与设计》一书中所给出的公式,以及不均匀壁厚圆管的内外圆偏心增大时,临界外压将增大的结论是正确的文章指出,“不均匀壁厚圆管的临界外压计算“一文只用1个自由度的变形曲线,无论是应用变分原理或以弯矩作为应变能计算依据,所得的精度都较差,因而结论是不可靠的。
The critical external casing pressure is the foundation of the casing anti-extrusion design. Uneven wall thickness is the most common defect of the casing. For a long time, the calculation method of the critical external pressure of uneven wall thickness pipe has been controversial. In this paper, we use the trigonometric series as the deformation curve, and demonstrate that the solution of this problem under the condition of multiple degrees of freedom shows that the approximation method is feasible and the accuracy of the obtained approximate formula is good.
