目的根据红外光方法测量泌尿体系结石组分当成根本规范,探讨CT值关于结石组分的诊断作用。方法抽取2012年1月~2014年6月在我院就诊的84例泌尿系统结石患者作为研究对象,应用非增强多层式螺旋CT测量,根据和根本规范完成比对,寻找各种组分结石的相关CT额的范围,使用统计学完成探讨,统计指数,评核CT值确诊结石组分的精确度。结果 84结石病例的均衡CT值依次是:尿酸铵有230.37HU、无水尿酸有243.28HU、碳酸磷灰石有860.61HU、一水草酸钙有639.03HU、二水草酸钙有673.61HU、二水尿酸有279.57HU、二水磷酸氢钙有1565.72HU、六水磷酸铵镁有230.35HU。当中的尿酸铵、无水尿酸、碳酸磷灰石、一水草酸钙、二水草酸钙CT值差异拥有统计学意义(P<0.05);二水尿酸、二水磷酸氢钙、六水磷酸铵镁结石的CT值差异不具备统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于泌尿系统结石的患者,CT值确诊碳酸磷灰石、一水草酸钙结石的精准度对比其他较高,有关其它组分结石的判断精准度不清楚。如果需要临床上提高判断精准度,一定要深入化的参照其它方法,例如尿液代谢探讨等可以提高其判断精准度。
Objective According to the infrared light method to measure the components of urinary stones as the basic norms to explore the CT value of the diagnosis of stone components. Methods Eighty-four patients with urolithiasis treated in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2014 were enrolled in this study. Among them, the differences of CT value of ammonium urate, anhydrous uric acid, carbonated apatite, calcium oxalate monohydrate and calcium oxalate dihydrate had statistical significance (P <0.05); dihydric uric acid, calcium hydrogen phosphate dibasic, ammonium phosphate hexahydrate The difference of CT value of magnesium stones did not have statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusions For patients with urolithiasis, the CT value was confirmed by carbonated apatite. The accuracy of calcium oxalate monohydrate stones was higher than that of other stones. The accuracy of judgments on stones of other components was not clear. If you need to clinically improve the accuracy of judgment, we must deepen the reference to other methods, such as urine metabolism can improve the accuracy of its judgment.
